Sallie Me Customer Advocate

For those of you who have spoken to Sallie Mae's customeadvocate, how long did it take for a response? My CR is showing multiple TL (some negative, some correct after rehabbing) of the same account and still showing them in default. I faxed my CR to her 2 1/2 weeks ago and haven't received a response.

Let's see...I've been waiting over 2 months regarding some late reporting. But regarding a separate issue they got back to me the same day. I think they must ingore all the TL issues.

They better not ignore! I just started getting serious about my credit and found they're still reporting 4 loans in default that were rehabbed 3 years ago.

Can someone share contact info for a customer advocate, I'm having an issue. Didn't even know they had such a thing until I read here.

I couldn't find any info on how to reach the customer advocate so I emailed the CEO. I will keep everyone posted on my results. For all the disabled veterans receiving 100 percent disability, contact Sallie Mae and file a claim for to have the VA pay your student loan off. They paid all three of my loans off but I'm having trouble getting Sallie Mae to update my CR.

If anyone needs to find a CEO email... Look on lead411.. They will give you every company's board members email addresses and fax numbers...good luck!
