Splitting tradelines

Is there anything I can do about ACS education closing my 1 account with them and now reporting it as 2 tradelines with the balance split between both accounts?

Typically you have loan accounts for each loan type the begins at the specific loan disbursement date. More positive loan accounts tend to be in your favor anyway.
