trying again...goodwill letters

i need some advice rewriting good will letters to acs/wells fargo and wells fargo. Do I need to type them or hand write them. 17 accounts with wells fargo and  acs/wells fargo  total of 17 lates from feb 2011 thru oct 2012. on the other hand the 17 accounts are now showing current due to being in loan rehab. Any advise on how to handle good will letter would be appreciated having hard time with getting deletions or updates

Re: trying again...goodwill letters

Honestly, if you are currently in rehab, I would wait until it is complete and your loans have been picked up by a new lender.  Some lenders will delete more negative information than they are absolutely required to, so that might save you some work.  If the lates don't come off with the updates from rehab, I think that having the rehab complete will also work in your favor in terms of establishing that you are now a responsible borrower.
