I just got a scorewatch that said my score went up 16 pts with no reason given.  I'll take it.  Slowly but surely I will be a homeowner

Serendipitous +16 score changes are good stuff! Remember SW alerts on score changes, but does not pick up the deletion of TL's or the removal of negative information as hard reasons. You'd have to dig deeper to find out exactly why it happened. (There always is a reason!)
