18 point drop?

I just logged into NFCU to see my new fico 9 score and it dropped 18 points! Only change I had was going from AZEO to a zero card somehow reporting with .15 cents. Yes, cents. Everything else remained the same and utilization stays around 1%. What gives with the drop? 779 to 761. :-(

Edit: I oversee a business and was given an AMEX Business. Owners account but he gave me a card in my name. I was told by AMEX it would not affect my credit, but is that what this is???

Would probably need to look at the report; some lenders don't report a balance less than like 2 bucks, so they may have just marked $0.  AZ = penalty.

Otherwise if it's not a true Amex business card, and it's just an AU of a personal card, that does count as a new account... but if it's a legit Amex business card, those don't report to personal at all.  Might have gotten an inquiry though, maybe.

I'd check Credit Karma looking for changes since we're talking EQ.

I think you mean that your statement balance was 15 cents, not that 15 cents reported to the bureaus.  What matters in terms of FICO scoring is what dollar amount [reported] is on that account currently if you look at your CR.  If it's $0, like Rev said, you're likely experiencing the "no revolving credit use" penalty.  If it's anything > $0, your score drop came from a different reason.

Cents are not reported to your cr's,so it would be reported as $0 or rounded up to the next dollar amount of $1.
