40 point gain after last IIB deleted

I requested an early exclusion from TU this week. It was for the last IIB account that they were reporting. That was deleted 2 days later. I signed into my Walmart account to view my score today.  I did a double take when I saw that it went from 680 to 720. Extremely happy about this!!! Hopefully Cap 1 is as happy about it when I request a CLI next week. Hoping to get my Quicksilver card over $10K!

I don't think there was any other factors that contributed to this. Utilization has stayed at 1% and no other accounts have fallen off.  Still have my BK and 3 IRS liens reporting. I haven't pulled my EX score since the beginning of the year. I think that score might be a little outdated. I wish there was a way to monitor it for free too.

Re: 40 point gain after last IIB deleted

Congratulations! That must be a relief!

Regarding the CapOne CLI request, if they are running the comparison off a SP, it is possible that won't be updated by the time you request next week. It may be best to wait a while for the info to be refreshed in a SP that, unfortunately, you can't predict when it will happen.

Re: 40 point gain after last IIB deleted

I was kind of disappointed at first. I saw the 20 and wondered why my score went down when it was supposed to go up. Then I relased there was a seven in front of the 20. I didn't expect that much of an increase. It seems like I've been gaining about 4-5 points for each baddie that has fallen off so I expected to be in the mid-680 range. Breaking 700 was something that I thought would happen in the distant future. 720 is a major accomplishment.

I'm definately going to be all over my EQ and EX reports to see if I can finish cleaning them up. They will only do EEs 2 months early so I won't be able to have the rest of my IIB accounts deleted until the beginning of next year. Time and determination has helped me get to where I am now.

Their Credit Tracker (FAKO) that I can view online is updated around the 2nd of each month. I wonder if the real that they see are updated around the same time.
