@Thomas_thumb and @cahsnocredit: Thank you for your help. I still don't know what is happening. Maybe next month it will recover and a little more the month after and get to 700 again.
Maybe its just the first, second and third accounts all reporting one month after the other which is throwing the scores off. They didn't all start reporting in May as they should have. So the algos think they were new when they are not infact new accounts.
It's pretty simple. Your file is so thin that even the slightest change can have a dramatic impact. It's nothing to worry about at this point.
Lots of good advice already given here... If you're using Credit Karma for your score, keep in mind it is only an approximation of your FICO score, and they weigh things differently. While the credit reports are generally the same (less SP info) the scores can be close, or for some folks they can be wildly off, and in either direction.
One more thing to keep in mind... it's not always a 'plus' to report a -0- balance each month. You want lenders to know you have the ability to handle paying a bill on time, other than the one you have with them. Ironically, some folks even report a score drop when they first pay off a small balance they were previously allowing to revolve (with it generally bouncing back shortly thereafter).
Even on here, most folks will agree there's nothing wrong with showing a 10% utilization. ![]()
