You should be able to view your score and 3 view report online right after you make the purchase, in the "My accounts" dashboard. If you want you can save it as pdf, they wont send you any pdf in the email.
Almost all credit card issuers report only the statement balance to the CRAs , so your payment and new purchase will get reported after next statement cut.
