All 3 mortgage scores went up +6 to +10. I'm pretty sure it's due to aging alone at AAoA 1yr 6mo.
All the current aging metrics are posted below.
I did not see these older model score gains when I first reached AAoA 1yr 6mo with 2 cards and no recent accounts under 1yr (AoYA/AoYRA 1yr 2mo).
(I've seen this TU 8 +7 jump before (Link) at the same AAoA 1yr 6mo, prior to adding 2 cards. This looks like a solid TU8 aging threshold for at least new credit files.)

Not much changed month to month: Same 3 out of 4 cards reporting a balance, with nothing above 9%.
Aggregate % and Total decreased slightly: 5% to 4%, $1236 to $1111 (never a carried balance).
Total Credit Limit went up +$3000 (2 SP CLIs).
