I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find it. I now have 3 cards and for now I don't plan on getting more. Is it best to rotate each card each month? Or just use the same one each time?

I don't know that it's of any benefit to rotate your cards. I saw one post where someone did this and only gained 1 point, and as a side note, it's very likely not all your cards report at the same time so it could wind up being a little tricky where you might end up with having all zeros, or 2 of the 3 showing balances. You should be fine with using one card just be sure to have it post with 1% to 4.9% UTI... Many cards will report a 0 balance if your balance is .5% or less.

While I don't practice AZEO I do pay in full shortly before each card's due date, this in turn means my cards report AZEO or AZET (All Zero Except Two) due to a few small latent charges trickling through between the due date and the reporting date (anywhere from three to six days); I rarely see much of a change in my scores. That said, there have been a few months where all cards reported zero resulting in a pretty good whack in my scores (as much as 20 points), and other months where "Finances over FICO" dictated I use a specific card for a large purchase right before the reporting date causing a loss of 10 points or so due to a high utilization percentage.
There is one other anomoly regarding reporting which doesn't (typically) result in a score change; paying my cards as I do often results in one of the cards going six months without reporting a balance, and in spite of the fact they all got used during that time period, then next time that one card reports a balance above zero, I get all manner of alerts indicating a "dormant" card has been used.
Chapter 13:
I categorically refuse to do AZEO!

It's best for keeping your banking relationships.
It would have no scoring effect.
But the heading of your post is "AZEO question". So if your question is does it matter for scoring purposes which account reports a balance, the answer is no.
I've been AZEO except for a few months after getting my home/dental since BK 7 yrs ago. I rotate 1 card a month. I only do it to show use of some kind on each card. I know AZEO drives some crazy. But thats what I chose to do and will continue to do because it worked for me since the first card after BK. Didnt hurt a thing all this time. Nor scores.
For the sake of convenience, I use the same card. I don't rotate which one carries a balance. That would seem to be a logistical nightmare if I did rotate. I use my CAP 1 QS, a card on which I've basically given up. Everything else is PIF.

I used to do that, then one month I had a different card report a balance and got all manner of alerts about a dormant being used; my scores took a dip as well.

As @SouthJamaica said it makes no difference for score's.
As @Horseshoez said credit info has more that it tracks besides just utilization.
As @Jeffster1 said it can be work and a pain in the a**, especially with
more cards to play a rotation game.
As @FireMedic1 said the Azeo card should report the correct % range.

How I handle all of the above
Have one card that get a very small monthly charge.
This is my score reporting Azeo card.
The amount is a good number, ~15$ and reports to all bureaus.
Every 4 months all sock drawer cards get a $5-$10 charge as to not
be closed down for lack of use. I let each report so as to show use
and not let them fall into the dormant bucket. Solves two issues,
card use and dormant reporting
For my 2 every-day use cards, I push payments.
Pay balance + pending+ projected use + extra to force zero
reporting. This lets me keep using the cards all month long,
not give up any rewards. No need to rotate or switch spend to
other cards. Really nice especially if one has a small card set.
With the 3 cards you listed
I would make the low CL - C1 as a small every monthly charge.
Use and let report the OLLO every 4-6 months.
Use and push payments on the 2k C1
* This is only if you want to see where your scores are, or a loan. *
No need to micro manage, every month.
Time and good payments are the secret to higher scores,
they come whether you a looking or not.
Kind of like watching the kettle boil.
It seems to take longer if you are watching.
So is there any harm to not rotating which card reports a balance? All four of my cards get used each month, but I haven't been rotating which one reports a balance at statement closing. My SavorOne gets the most usage so it's the only one I've been letting report.

Some credit monitoring services will issue a "dormant account is now active" alert when an account suddenly reports a balance after roughly 6 months of zero balances. FICO8 scores don't seem to be affected unless the account is truly not used at all.
