question on the experian website it's outlined 30 and 6 percent are thesholds im at 7 percent thought there was a theshold at 8.9, i didnt see a point gain from going from 9 to 7 percent can i expect to see one when i get to 6? and how much?
Unlikely unless you are taking an additional card to reporting a $0 balance or dropping utilization on a highly utilized card below some threshold.
Just do it and report back your results. Always best to test how your profile reacts and then repeat to validate findings. Often times something else may change that could influence score(s).

IMHO there are no known thresholds for aggregate revolving utilization. In my experience, the lower it is the better, but there is no specific point at which one suddenly gets a big jolt for a small move. The references you have seen to 8.9, 30, and 6, are IMHO all fiction.

Individual account utilization, on the other hand, does have some clear thresholds: under 50% and under 30%. You were definitely getting dinged for having an account at 34%; when that account gets to 28% or less you will receive a point gain from that.
well no score change at 6 percent guess i need to get that 34 percent card down

Aggregate ( overall ) %'s do more than individual credit when it comes to the util score. On My FICO the overall agrregate is shown, used and graded.

Aggregate utilization is critical, but there are no special thresholds in my opinion. The lower it is the better, the higher it is the worse. But there are no specific points at which a 1-percentage-point change makes a big change in FICO points.

Ive seen it when I had 5 cards, 10 cards, and now whatever number of cards I have. You have 30+ cards you'll see things different than us with 1/4 of the total cards you have. I speak from experience from nothing to now 7 yrs later. I've lived the swings. I post from my experiences and changes I've seen from my rebuild. And post my opinion from what I had and went thru. No one is exactly the same. HP's in the begining were 10 pts plus. Now 0.
