Hello!
I've searched for an explanation, and only found mixed answers. Please help.
I recently had my credit score taken for something, my score is 755 but I have an "alert" under the Model Profile section in the report. It says underneath that "the factors listed above" (I'm assuming the alert?) and number of inquiries (just moved and went through screening process for two different apartments, plus this inquiry for home information) has adversely affected the credit score. After looking into it, the only thing I could find was troubling - and probably not the culprit as it doesn't apply:

This was the brochure on how to read the credit report. Under the Model Profile heading, the brochure says alert appears when MOP is greater than 7 which according to the brochure were repossessions, collections, etc. - which I have none of. The only thing that could adversely affect my score, that I could think of, was my young credit history - only 3 1/2 yrs history.
Please help. Thanks in advance.
The alert is the number of inquiries have impacted your score. I would not worry about it.
Oh, great! It seemed as though it was indicating something else. Thanks for the advice!
