I have 8 CCs. The 2 with the highest Util % were the ones I just opened for BTs into. Here are the breakdowns with Util % and limit.
1. WF Active Cash (new card 0% APR) - 99% of $16,000
2. FNBO Evergreen (new card 0% APR) - 95% of $6,300
3. WF Home Pojects - 25% of $7,800
4. Lowe's Advantage - 16% of $33,000 ($6,000 of the previous balance was BTed to FNBO)
5. Cap 1 Venture - 2% of $33,000
6. Discover IT - 1% of $20700 (trailing interest remaining as debt was BTed to WF Active Cash)
7. Cap 1 QS - 0% of $10,000
8. Barclay Cash Forward - 0% of $1,600

I think the reason it dropped from good to fair is that you now have 2 maxed out accounts. Individual account utilization is at least as important as aggregate utilization.
If the change was due to maxing out the 2 new cards, I'm OK with that. I'm making payments to cut the balances down pretty fast.
