New Credit would include new inquiries and/or new credit. I don't know when it will bump to "Not Good", "Good", and beyond, but avoid apping for anything new for a year and I'll bet it will hit "good".
I would recommend you wait for a year since your last app before you seek new credit. It seems like some creditors are closing consumers accounts due to having many "New credit." That as well as holding off so you can continue to build your credit.
