Re: AoYA threshold question

@Anonymous curious, If "account/current status" says current, but is chock full of lates, what does that do?

Not to jump in on the thread, but accounts went from "120d+ late" to "current", but lates were not removed. Does this change anything regarding scorecard assignment or anything else?

@Anonymous from what I see it appears the algorithm goes from the text field not the Payment grid. It would be nice to know that for sure by comparing Reason Codes. We know there are no 'new account' reason codes in a dirty card. So if someone's only dirty had your situation you're proposing, we would need to look for a new account reason code on one of the versions.

@Anonymous  Whoa Nelly! So could this be holding me back on points.  I have 2 negati ves that I am fighting..THey wont budge. But one shows a "Current Status of 60 days past due".  This account has been closed since 2018. Is the Text hurting me?

@Anonymous Another thing that I find interesting.  They have a estimated date for removal as if it is a charge off?  My other account does not have this designation.

That's their own public facing algorithm AFAIK, might be in their data model but uncertain.  No bearing on FICO scores, it's just a FYI.  I've had accounts inconsistently marked with drop off dates or not as well, everything in my experience came off right on time though worst case it's a dispute away if it does not.

Is this different than the "new account" negative reason codes you are talking about?

@UpAndComing74 yes that should keep you in a dirty card on 8/9 until it ages off. But on the 60 day lates second year anniversary you went to a clean card on the mortgage Scores. The 30 day late doesn't cause scorecard change.

@Anonymous yes that new account reason code is only supposed to show up on clean cards. That's score 8. Who's is that? That would mean no 60 day late or worse anywhere on record.

Re: AoYA threshold question

@Anonymous there are actually two different codes: a new account reason code and a many new accounts Reason code.

I was under the assumption neither was seen in a dirty Scorecard is that correct @Revelate ?

PR scorecard. 1 CA, 2 COs. Variety of lates, not as many as TU or EX. This is SO's EQ. It is also on EX F3. Non-PR dirty scorecard. No CAs, 2 COs, and lots of lates.
