Well of course my NAVY BT posted to my reports, but the 2 balances I paid off haven't updatedSmiley Tongue I took a small dip 5 points, so really not bad I am sure once they report it will be back to my score that has not moved in monthsSmiley LOL

Congratulations!

Getting the BT timing just right takes some skill and lender postings.

Too late, get double the utilization.
Too early, don't maximize the float.

I haven't quite mastered it myself. I get hit with double utilization and loose 20 points until it balances out. 😡

I have been sitting on a nice balance transfer offer from BECU. I have not pulled the trigger on it because it sounds like they snail mail checks to the other CC. Gotta time it right to minimize the days at double utilization. That is why I prefer banks that just give you the money and let you pay. That way I can ACH the CC payment and avoid double utilization.

Welp my penfed reported the zero balance and I got my 5 points back LOL Now discover has not posted payment, it would be a real hoot if it went up again and I scored free points Smiley LOLSmiley LOL
