Big Difference in 3 Scores and Late Payments Reported

I had some closed accounts that had deragaotry indicators.  They have started to drop off but I have a big difference in score between EX vs. EQ & TU

EX is 808.  They dropped all of them as of this month and are now reporting 0 late paymets.

EQ is 723 and showing 6 closed accounts 60+ days late

TU is 710 with 8 closed accounts 60+ days late

Is there any way to get EQ and TU to report 0 late the way EX is?  I am going to be applying for a home construction loan soon and would love all 3 of them to no longer show these late payments.

I don't know why EX dropped all of them and the others didn't.

Do I have any chance of getting them dropped and how so?

Thanks

If they should truely be dropped you could put in a dispute and ask them to remove them.

Re: Big Difference in 3 Scores and Late Payments Reported

Do a chain of late payments all drop off at 7 years from date of 1st late payment or one by one as each one reaches 7 years?  I've read conflicting info.

If it is one by one as each reaches 7 years then why did EX drop all of them at once?

This is how it works from my understanding.

It should fully drop off at 7 years and some months from the first date of delinqunecy.

I had asked this question before on the forums.  Click on my name and look for my posts.  I will also look  for it.

Lates are dropped 7 years from the occurrence. Sometimes the entire series will be dropped at the same time but it isn't required. Date of First Delinquency doesn't affect when the lates will be excluded, that is for charge offs
