Hard to say, because it varies depending on your overall credit picture, current scores, age and severity of lates, and so forth.
Try the FICO score estimator. It's pretty broad, but interesting. Just put in the info from one CRA --in others words, not all your inqs, but just the number on one, etc. For the questions about lates, put in what you hope your situation will be:
