Re: CRAZY SCORING

Welcome to the forums! Sorry it had to be for this.

Questions: Where did you get your credit score from and which report did you see?

Did all of this report at the same time (e.g. the new car, CC paydowns)?

Re: CRAZY SCORING

MY SCORE CHANGE CAME FROM HERE...THE SCORE WATCH...SENT ME AN EMAIL THAT MY SCORE HAD DROPPED SO I CHECKED AND SURE ENOUGH IT HAD BY ALMOST 80 POINTS...ALSO ON THE REPORT WAS A NEW COLLECTIONS FROM A MEDICAL BILL THAT I AM IN NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY ABOUT PAYING...THIS JUST SEEMS SO UNFAIR...I HAVE WORKED VERY HARD TO BUILD MY SCORE UP AND IT CAN DROP SO DRASTICALLY IN AN INSTANCE...NOW I AM AM CONCERNED THAT MY CREDIT CARDS ARE GOING TO DROP MY LIMIT....SOMETIMES IT FEELS LIKE IT JUST NOT WORTH THE HASSLE...

Re: CRAZY SCORING

Sounds like the CA really tanked your scores. I once lost just over 100 points when a new CA appeared on one of my reports. Not a fun moment. While it is possible your CCs could lower the limits, do your best now to get any balances to where they need to be (under 9%). I bet you won't see anything negative happen from the CA alone.
