Capital One Score vs Fico

My capital one score is 737 yet my Fico scores are between 687-690. Has anyone else noticed something like this? I take it the Fico scores are accurate and the other scores are basically estimates but why such a big difference?

Capital One uses TransUnion New Accounts 3.0 model for scoring. This model evaluates factors differently and has a different score range. Standard Fico 08 has a score range of 300 to 850. TU new accounts 3.0 has a score range of 150 to 950. Score differences between the models of 100 points have been reported. Focus on your Fico scores. TU New Accounts 3.0 is primarily an educational score.
