Capital One card not showing up on my TU reports.

I have been trying to get my Capital One account listed on my TU credit report.  Capital One says they are reporting it and I believe them.  They told me to contact TU. I call TU to explain and they tell me to contact Cap One.  They are telling me to call the other one.  TU says Cap One will need to contact its Marketing  Agency.  I told that to the last person who I spoke with a Cap One.  He filled out a report, and said he will send me a letter indicating its been reported.  I haven't received it yet.  The person at TU said my situation is a rare case.  It may be something in TU's system.  What can I do?  I need this account added to my TU credit report.  I opened the account in year 2001.

I have the same problem with my new discover card.  its now showing up on any of my credit report.   I am not planning on calling CRA and making them report it.  I have a balance on the credit card and if I tell them to report it then my score will go down.

I need mines reported.  My TU report says I don't have enough revolving credit.  Adding the account will increase my score.

Have you had any name changes since you opened the account?   I'm assuming that you have confirmed that this account appears on your EX and EQ credit reports.

I don't have a Cap One card, but with the exception of small store cards, all my CC accounts are reported to all 3 bureaus.  Though creditors are not required to report to all 3, I have to believe that major issuers do so.

How new is this credit card?

The account is showing on my EX, EQ, and Innovis credit reports.  The account was opened in 2001.  I believe Cap One is reporting it, its something on TU's end and it CSR's to incompetent to realize it.  Only one sugessted that it may be something in their system and my situation is a rare case.  I wish there was more that I can do.  This has been ongoing for a long long time.

my account is 1 year old. It was showing up when I opened the account. But when I called to remove my wife as AU user. they stopped reporting to CRA's.

You could write the TU letters with statments and ask them why this account is now showing up?

Update:  After filing a complaint with the BBB  that got the attention of someone in the executive office of Cap One, my Cap One account is now  listed on my TU credit report.  I wish I had taken this step years ago.
