I finally got it listed with BBB help.  Someone from Cap one's executive office figured out the problem.  TU said another credit bureau told them to delete the account. TU have a policy to not add accounts back to file after its deleted.   The account is now listing depite TU's so called policy.  My score went up quick.

Call Discover and tell theem what the problem is. I think what has happend is trhey reversed what they were supposed to do. I have seen that happen before. I would be interested in what happens.
