Starting Score: 469Nope. This was the sole collection. My utilization has been at 1% for two months now, possible that might have something do with it? Not enough use of credit?
I've read a little about rebucketing on the forum, but what exactly determines when you get rebuckted. Is it a timing thing?

. It just seems so wrong. Having the collection on my reports was listed as a factor hurting my score, it goes away and my score goes down. It just seems so wrong doesn't it? Oh well, we'll get those points back and more right?
