Comment section of cr

Why does EQ and TU show in the comment section of my old installment loans: "accounts closed by consumer account paid" but Experian shows "PAID CURRRENT ACCOUNT"?  Does anyone know how this impacts my score?  Do I leave it alone or request that it be changed?  This seems to be the case for all my instsallment loans that have been closed?

Thanks all!

Every CRA reports a little differently but those comments have ZERO impact to your score. Ignore it.

Re: Comment section of cr

speaking of the comments section, if you add comments to your credit reports to explain something, does it really make a difference?  are they taken seriously at all by lenders, or employers checking your report, etc.?

Re: Comment section of cr

Never add a comment to your reports and NEVER dispute a positive tradeline.

As long as the comments are not negative, they aren't affecting your score. If they are negative comments, then you could be hurt by them. FICO scoring looks for negative remarks and will ding you accordingly.

There is no point in adding a comment on your report. As for disputing a positive tradeline? You run the risk of losing it altogether.
