Conflicting Information - positive and negative factors that affects FICO® Score

It seems like the factors that are listed in my TransUnion report are conflicting. I am not sure I'm understanding the difference. How can a positive also be a negative? Can someone please explain the difference for me please.  Thank you. This one is listed as positive factorThis one is listed as positive factor

Getting an A- is good. Great for some.  But there is room for improvement. Here is why you didn't get an A+

Re: Conflicting Information - positive and negative factors that affects FICO® Score

I wonder if the positive reason code is for the 22 years and the negative reason code is for the AAoA on revolvers which is definitely less than the 7.5 years top estimated threshold.

That's my guess.  22+ year AoOA is awesome, 3 year AAoA isn't.
