Construction loan, the lender score way different

I am trying to get a construction loan, and when i look at all of my scores from various sites they are all above the required score. But when the lender pulled my credit my score was 40-60 points lower than the ones i can see. Is there any way to get access to the score that the lender pulled. i was 10 points away from the score i needed and now have no way of monitoring when i might get there?

Welcome, @Anonymous. Smiley Happy

Do you know which score or scores were pulled? Where are you getting your scores now?

My best guess is that you may be looking at various FICO and VantageScores and that the lender may have pulled a mortgage score. I'd ask specifically which score was pulled if you can't find that out from paperwork you have on hand.

You can track 28 FICO scores, including mortgage scores, on myFICO. The service is a little pricey, so a lot of people go with free services for typcial use. But when important credit applications come up, many feel that myFICO becomes worth the money.
