Hi
My credit score is 616 I have paid off all my negative balances on my credit report. All my negative information falls off in 2012 except for 1 judgment. All my credit I have now is positive. I am aiming to have a credit score in the high 700 even close to 800 if that is possible.
My question is if all the negative information falls off next year and I only have 1 judgment and everything is positive no late payments is it possible for me to have a high credit score. I've been working really hard this last year to pay off all my negative info, and I guess the exciting part for me is that everything that is negative falls off next year. I guess this is a exciting time in my life, this year I will be turning 40yrs old and it took this long for me to realize how important credit is.

Congrats on paying off all the debt.
It is possible to have higher scores even while you have negatives on your credit report.
If the judgement is paid then I would advise you to see if you can have it vacated.
Since all the other negative debt you paid I would attempt a GW to see if they will remove the negative information also.
Good Luck and keep up the good work.
What does it mean to have a judgement vacated? The balance is paid in full.

You have to apply to the court to have it vacated.

If I go to court and have this vacated off of my credit report, does that mean they will remove it. Will I be explaining the reason this should be vacated. Have you known for courts to vacate judgement that have been placed on your report.

Fortunately I've never had a judgment but from reading many posts here I know it can be done.
I suggest you start a new thread in Rebuilding Your Credit with a new title and give specifics about your situation with the judgment and there are lots of folks over there who have been through this process and can give you advice and suggestions.
I wish you well in getting this removed.
