Creditscorecard.com - FICO or FAKO (EX)?

Info that I've found about the site -

Discover announced today the launch of their new website and service, creditscorecard.com. The new website gives everybody (not just Discover cardholders or account holders) access to their Experian FICO Score. In addition to the free score, they are also providing a breakdown of how the FICO score is calculated and what factors are helping/hurting an individuals score. Scores will be updated the later of every thirty days or the next time you log into Credit Score Card.

I signed up for the new site this morning and received a score of 732. My EX08 score was 722 when I pulled it at the end of March. I'm not aware of any changes that would bump it up 10 points. It would be nice if this is a real FICO so everyone will now have a way to see what their EX score is.

It's a Fico 8 score. Mine matches both CCT and Amex.

I took one for the team and Discovered (see what I did there? Smiley Happy ) that it does match our FICO 08 score here.

This used to be my lowest score and now it's my highest. Now I can finally keep track of it every month.

Legit and up to date!  As I was reading about the new site I got a MyFICO alert that my EX had droped to to 727.  Made an account on the new site and it reflected 727.

This is the first free FICO that I'm aware of that doesn't require having a real financial account of some sort.  I would think this is going to cost Discover a good bit of change to provide.  I guess they feel the marketing opportunities it presents will outweigh the cost.

And it's an EX score. I think of that as a distant cousin when it comes to credit scores.

I just need to find a source to get free EQ08 scores then I can stop paying for a monthly subscription.

I have both Discover and AMEX so I already had EX covered just "need" Classic Fico 08 from EQ. Actually, if I had to choose on only one EQ score, I'd prefer Citi stick with Bankcard Fico 08. It's nice to see a score from a different model.

P.S.  Does the new EX offering by Discover suggest a potential relationship between AMEX and Discover?

Why would you think that? Are Experian and AMEX related businesswise?
