Where can you find the estimated date of deletion on the equfax reports. Transunion and Experian has them but Equifax has a date of last
activitiy. The removal date should be from date of first deliq but thae date is not given .I have a charge off account with a date of last activity of 9/2005
and its reported as 120 days late on that month . when would that account get deleted. trans and exp have already deleted a coule months back .Tried disputing
date accuracy eith equifax but no success

Reports from third party sites (including myFICO often don't have the most complete information. If you pull your free reports from annualcreditreport.com or buy them directly from the CRA's the Equifax report will show the actual DoFD. Experian and Transunion will have the drop off dates.

If an account was reported as 120 days delinquent as of 9/2005, that would logically peg its date of first delinquency in that chain as being approximately 5/2005.
Adding 7 years plus 180 days to that apparent DOFD would result in a CR exclusion date of 11/2012. So it appears to be about 7 months from now.
If you have account records, you have proof to support what the actual DOFD is, and thus its required CR exclusion date. If the CRA still includes a CO or collection in your CR after 7 years plus 180 days from that date, you have basis to file a complaint with the CRA for violation of FCRA 605(c).
If, while waiting for the date to arrive, you want conclusive proof of the DOFD reported to your credit, you can submit a written request to the CRA under FCRA 609(a)(1), and get that reported DOFD. No need to play around with estimates or conjectures based on a crummy commercial credit report. Then you can compare the accuracy of the reported date with your own evidence of DOFD.
