So what is the difference between the two?
I thought they would be the same however I am at a 641 on myfico.com Scorewatch and I just received my updated EQ Fico score from DCU and it is 683 which explains why they approved me for their best interest rate auto loan. Does DCU and myfico.com use different scoring models?
Thanks,
Sam
DCU is EQ04
MyFico is EQ08
Different scoring models.

Wow I'm amazed how much difference between the two I had. Considering the same Credit Report.
Thanks!

What does the EQ04 score differently on then the EQ08? Sounds like that the EQ04 scores better then EQ08..

Short version 04 is more for mortgages and 08 is more oriented towards credit cards
