I'm dirty and my mortgage scores are lower than my Fico 8s except my EX mortgage which i don't know why is 808; 

Anyway, @newmomnewme do let us know how you're looking next month with the pay down. @Anonymous when will you be clean?

@Anonymous I won't be clean until Jan 2023 for TU and EQ. That's what is the ceiling for those two right now. Either way, it looks like I am gonna achieve what I need with the mortgage stuff (3.125% is where we are quoted, but I'll lock in the rate in afew days since we are a few days outside of 60 days). The rumor is also that 760+ got me higher on their risk based scale for costs. 

Always frustrating when a student loan thing from when you were far dumber keeps haunting you.

Dang. I forgot about a 60 Day late on ONE Cap1 card in 03/2019...

In February that 60 Day Late will be my ONLY flaw...

Will I still be on a Dirty Card?!

@Charmante I think your lone late will lose its sting by March 2021? I saw a 9pt jump on each of my mortgage scores when my 30 day late turned 2 years old.

I've BEGGED them to remove it.

Cause I honestly have NO idea HOW it happened... It is (and was) on AutoPay... I have not scheduled a payment... Somehow it was paying perfectly, then somehow defaulted, then (without my intervention) kept paying until paid off...?

I never checked on it cause it didn't need baby-sat... Or shouldn't have...?

Either way, I think the 24 month mark gives you points back for any lates. We're you trying to purchase a home before then?

OMG... Macy's has been AMAZING...

Opened 03/10 @ $300

04/11 CLI to $2,800

05/12 CLI to $5,300

06/13 CLI to $10,000

07/27 CLI to $16,000

ALL have been SP... Only made ONE purchase, on opening date, for $264 and have it on AutoPay @ $50 payments...

I'm going to call 08/28 and ask to hit $25,000.
