I would say it's very likely that your score will recover within a few months.  That's been my experience with getting new credit cards----FICO score loss, then recovery after a few months of payments.  

Higher credit limits, and less overall utilization leads to eventual score recovery with a new credit card. Especially with a high credit limit combined with low use.

You got a pretty decent credit limit.  Congratulations!

Congrats on you approval. As my file grew from 1 card to 8. The HP hits went from WTH to no changes. Thicker files seem to yeild less of a hit from 1 app. It will rebound soon.
