Do not understand Experian Drops

Both my Equifax and Transunion scores have increased by about 30 points in the last week.  Due to my utilization dropping significantly and my medical collections coming off.  My medical collections had already been removed from Experian a while back, so I realize why it wouldn't go up, like the others but I have no explaination for the drop of 12 points today.   Makes no since for it to drop......staying the same I would understand.

You'd have to carefully analyze the report from the day before the drop and compare it to a report after the drop. SOMETHING changed in a negative way.
