So I was reviewing my fico 3b report and my ch 7 that is on my report from Oct 22, 2013. I realized that 13 accounts IIB were listing from Experian as charge-offs and 90 days late on all 13 but not TU or EQ. This is incorrect because I was current all the way through and up to date of file of my ch 7 and you can see this from the first picture. So this morning I was going to file a dispute and from fico it took me to experian but on experian (3rd picture) it shows clearly "Never late" so now Im confused. Who is reporting it wrong FICO or Experian. What do I do? Those 13 bad items fall off Oct 2020 but would it benefit me to dispute those 13 items to raise my score? Im trying to buy my first home and Im a 100% disabled veteran. But again who has the error FICO or Experian? Im leaning FICO but not 100% certain. I dont even know who to contact if it is fico. Thank you in advance any help is appreciated.
Have you requested a paper copy of your credit report? You get at least one free per year, and there may be ways to get all three bureaus in paper form. That provides the most detail of what the credit bureau (or bureaus) actually show in your file.
So, yes, the interpretation of how MyFico presents this information may be slightly different from the credit bureau.
Have you had a mortgage score pulled by any bank or mortgage broker, so that you have an idea where your mortgage scores are, and which of the many potential scores are being used, for the application path you may take?

First of all thank you for responding. I never thought of trying to get a paper version since I assumed paying for the monthly fico product it would be accurate. So I will look into getting paper versions.
Yes my scores when pulled were in the 580s on two and low 500s on Experian. So that is when I started to look into my credit and try to correct any errors. My Fico 8 scores are 633, 633, and 620 but those mortgage scores are low. Smh.
But Im wondering if the incorrect charge-offs and the 90 day lates are EXTRA dings to my score (Due to fico's interpretation) and who is responible for not putting the incorrect info Fico or EX so I can see if they can fix it. Again when FICO sent me to dispute on EX, EX is reporting as "Never Late" and the funny thing is on all 13 accts for EX Fico has the same info listed wrong that is why I feel FICO is not showing it correctly and Im not sure how to contact fico to see if it was an error on their side. Again thank you and hopefully I can get more info.
I am going thru this right now. I will tell you what I did so far. I have disputed all the tradelines saying it can not be a charge off because all payments were never late, so I have the dispute with the charge off removed and Iam waiting for my reports to update , if they dont update at the begining of march I will call experain and see what they do. I dont know if this helps, but i will update if it makes a difference. Good luck
Thank you and please keep me posted via this thread or a private message. If i figure it out I will let you know as well.
