2.What are FICO® Credit Scores?
It's a three-digit number that summarizes the positive and negative information on your Experian credit report. FICO® Scores are the most common credit scores used by lenders to quickly assess your credit risk, and it can influence everything from car loans to mortgages to credit cards.
FICO ® Score provided by Discover considers both positive and negative information in your TransUnion credit report. It's calculated by these 5 categories, the importance of any piece of information depends on the information in your entire credit report: payment history, amounts owed, length of credit history, new credit, and types of credit.

Starting Score: Ex08-732,Eq08-713,Tu08-717The score provided from your Discover account is a TU FICO 08 score, where the score obtained from the "creditscorecard" that Discover offers (even for non-members) provides a EX FICO 08 score.

Is there anyway to get Equifax08 free? Also what models of FICO do other banks offer?

Starting Score: Ex08-732,Eq08-713,Tu08-717You can find more information on credit cards forum. There are some posts with a list of all the free scores available.
I think some people are obsessed with scores. Sometimes Vantagae score goes down and FICO stay the same, sometimes FICO drop a little and Vantage go up. My goal is to be at certain level and just look at FICO scores, is too stressful for me to look at daily/weekly scores, once a month is enough for me.
Getting a free weekly report from TU/EQ via CK, free FICO from TU via Discover and free EX report and FICO score from FCS, is more than enough. I may not know EQ FICO but I can see if anything bad is reported to EQ thanks to CK. If I ever need the score I'll just pay $1 to CCT to get it.

Not that I am aware of. However, I get a free EQ Fico 08 Bankcard enhanced score through my AT&T Universal card (which is managed by Citi). So, if you have a Citi Visa or Mastercard, you can get aan EQ Fico score - just not the Classic version.

EQ-08:
Andrews FCU - quarterly with CC. .
Citizens aka Charter bank - Monthly with CC.
DuPont Community Credit Union (not sure of model)
Elements FCU - Monthly with checking or loan. .
Fingerhut CC - Monthly. Common card for rebuilders.
Huntington Voice CC - monthly - decent card if you are in their area
Lennys Credit App - monthly - but there is a cost to use Lenny
GE Credit Union - quarterly for CC holders
NC SECU - quarterly with loan or CC
I am sure I am missing several other eq-08 scores. The ones in bold are available nationwide. The others are geographically restricted. If you are looking for your EQ-04 score (mortgage), there are several CU's that offer the score, including DCU.
You should be able to find the answer to you second question in this thread:
The ManWhoCan also keeps a chart of free FICO scores:

ETA: Langley FCU also offers a monthly EQ-08 score. $5 for anyone to join. May be a HP to join.
Select Citi cards offers free Equifax.

To my understanding it's not an 08 score though, rather a different model using Equifax data. Perhaps bank card?
This is what Citi says:
Your FICO® Score is calculated based on data from Equifax using the FICO® Bankcard Score 8 model and is the same score we use, among other information, to manage your account. This model has a FICO® Score range from 250 through 900.
The FICO 8 Bankcard Score is designed to put more emphasis on your financial behaviors with credit cards.
