EQ FICO 684

So I'm a little bit flabbergasted...

My baddie was removed from EQ a couple of months ago.

My FICO was 688 when Discover approved me in October with the baddie...

Bah...I thought I was closed to 740:-(

Guess I'm really in the garden now :-(

Re: EQ FICO 684

When your credit profile changes because of events you are calculated against different scorecards.  If you have a baddie and it drops off, you move to a different scoring criteria for profiles without baddies.  That's a simple as I can put it.  There are threads here explaining rebucketing in more detail.

Re: EQ FICO 684

I'm moving this from Credit Cards to Understanding FICO Scoring. I agree that you've most likely been rebucketed. You should be able to receive additional comments from UFS forum participants that may prove helpful to you.
