EQ new acct ding

over 800 on TU and EX     EQ is 799 . I opened  new car laon in Aug 13 . EQ reports it as a neg (new acct) how long before that neg drops off and EQ score goes back up ?

I do believe they are considered "new" for the first 24 months with less of an impact as those 2 years go on. I will say that I had a personal loan for 1 year term that stated new the entire time and also neg factor of balance too high all the way to 0.
