EQUIFAX

Evidently they are working on their system.  They sent out an alert however that I owed HSBC 22.49 making me at 10%.  Since when is 10% of 1900 22.49?  I can not log in but i'm sure my score will still be 698 as it has been forever.

I give up on them.   EX 713  TU 733 EQ 698.

Re: EQUIFAX

They have some sort of problem going on.

I'm enrolled in Credit Watch Gold, and when I tried to pull a report on Saturday, none of my older reports showed, and the message said that I'd never pulled any. I e-mailed about the problem, and when I tried calling just now (and logging on), they said that they were updating their security from the latest Microsoft fiasco, and to try later.

So an EQ problem that has been going on for several days now, plus their computers are down at the moment. Fun!

Does that mean the score I just pulled isn't accurate?

Re: EQUIFAX

If you were able to get a score, I assume that it's accurate. I had read that they are having problems specific to Scorewatch regarding re-setting target scores. Plus their sudden amnesia regarding my membership and my reports.

Is the score about what you expected it to be? (not way higher, not way lower)

eta: I'm trying to log back on, and I'm getting this, lol:

Re: EQUIFAX

i hate equifax.  because they're always "fixing" or "updating" something, i got locked out of my account, FOR USING THE CORRECT LOGIN INFO!!!

then when i emailed them, they (of course) said it was MY fault for using the wrong info.  GRRRR........

now i supposedly have to call them to verify my identity.  those people are so frustrating!!!

Re: EQUIFAX

Yep they're always doing something and they are always the lowest score.  And there's nothing you can do about their mistakes.

If they had their way we wouldn't use our ccs and then where would they be (merchants included).  Let's face it 7% of 6500 is 450.  Where are we going with that?  I went to 9% and my scores went down and they said I had too much balance.???????????????

Re: EQUIFAX

My reports says I'm at 10% uti & I'm actually at 8% but WF & Lowes hasn't reported to CB's yet. My score was 776, I didn't really give it much thought as far as being higher or lower since I have a new installment from April & one auto paid off in June. But I have to say after being denied by care credit.... I dunno what to think. I won't be applying for anything anytime soon!

Re: EQUIFAX

They're still in a mess --I was able to log in yesterday and pull up the old report, but they still couldn't generate a new one.

Then today, it's back to them never having heard of me. * sighs *
