I am posting this here because it deals with FICO scores. So my student loan servicer has changed recently. The old loan closed. And the new one started reporting as segragated loans. These new loans started reporting immediately on Equifax, TU and even Innovis. It pretty much took 2 days from the time the loan closed to the time the new one started reporting. When the loan closed, my FICO score for EQ and TU shot up and stayed up even with the new loans reporting.
But here is the strange thing: for being the toughest reporting agency, I am perplexed by the fact that the loans are not showing up on my Experian report. The old one closed on Experian. And get this, the Experian FICO score remained unchanged. I have Experian premium so I update my FICO daily. The FICO of TU and EQ shot up on experian.com too when the old loan closed. No change in Experian FICO.
There is something going on? Can anyone explain.
How can I push EXP to report the new loans. Maybe they will report at the end of the month!

I imagine it's just delayed, and they're likely to tell you they already pushed their reporting to Experian, but ask the lender/servicer to report accurately to Experian, which they currently aren't doing.
something to the effect of:
Hi,
I'm calling about loan accounts: X, Y, Z.
I noticed you are reporting these loan accounts accurately to EQ and TU, but not Experian. I would like to request that these loan accounts be accurately reported to Experian. Is there any reason they're not currently being reported accurately to Experian?

How "recently" was the transaction? Usually TU lags. May pop at anytime.
Less than a month.
