I wanted to post and share my success with early exclusion. Friday, I submitted a request to transunion for early exclusion for 9 trades that were included in my bankruptcy. Literally 2 minutes after submitting the request, I received an email saying that my dispute had been processed and my results were ready. When I opened my results, I noticed that all 9 trades had been deleted. THe next day when I refreshed my credit report, my score went up 48 points, from 685 to 733!
I've read that Experian and Equifax do not grant early exclusion as early as Transunion does, but I still submitted requests to both of them just in case. Feels good to know that this bankruptcy that I filed almost 7 years ago is finally on it's way from being completely in my past. Now, I'm just working on getting my utilization into the very bottom bracket of 8.9/28.9% to maximize my utilization score.
Congratulations on your EE success and score gains! Experian will delete up to 3 months early, and Equifax will do 30 days early but, many here will tell you to just let EQ fall off on it's own.
Keep up the good work!
