Yeah they were just extinuating circumstances that involved moving across the country to help a family member get through some medical stuff, but ultimately I should have followed up and also should have made more of a point to get everything in writing. I'm aware of the laws, that comment was more out of general frustration with the situation.
It's sad to think that they are legally barred from having empathy.

And how long do you think that wil keep you below 700?? I have 90 date lates with Navient as follows on my 3 reports...

everything else negative will drop by end of 2019... I am just trying to figure out how much time nefore I can think of 700 as a possibility..
