I have a question. I currently have 3 credit cards reporting for my rebuild which have been open for approximately two months. I know carrying a balance over 30% effects my credit but say for example I have a hypothetical balance of 40% for the next 8 months (with all payments on time of course), but then I get ready to buy a home and lower it to < 10% for a couple months. Will those prior 8 months have any effect on my score? Thanks for the advice!
