I've been a Scorewatch subscriber on the EQ website for about six months now and love the product. I decided to also give the new Equifax Complete a try earlier this month and I am baffled by the difference in scoring. I currently show 688 by Scorewatch and 635 by EQ Complete. Are they not pulling the same information? Would they sell two products based on two flavors of FICO scoring? I am going to call but was wondering if anyone else on the board had experienced this issue.

The reports from EQ Complete are accurate but all 3 scores via that service are FAKO's.
From a BK years ago to:
EX - 9/09 pulled by lender 802
EQ - 7/06-663, 3/10-800
TU - 8/10-772
You can do the same thing with hard work
+1 to the FAKO comment. They use a FAKO called an "Equifax Credit Score" which ranges 280-850. I just pulled the service for DW and her scores are about 20-40 points lower than FICO when pulled within a day of each other. BTW, I just updated the CMS thread.
So EQ Complete is using FAKO and Scorewatch is FICO? Correct?

Right. I believe EQ's Complete is the only EQ product that uses a FAKO. The others (e.g. Credit Watch, ScoreWatch (their version), and the option score w/ EQ report) are still all an EQ FICO.
Thanks for the follow-up. That is so weird but maybe that is how they get away with being able to pull once a day.
