I would suggest comparing it against your annualcreditreport.com report for Equifax.
FWIW I've always seen the two in sync; however, even for data which absolutely *should* be on EQ's report, occasionally they delete early and there are a few other inconsistencies reported by users here compared to the other two major bureaus.
On the other hand, not all collections wind up on all three reports: some only report to a subset and that may be what you're running into as well; however, the only way to know specifically is to pull the report from EQ itself; however, I highly doubt it's going to be out of sync but it's possible.
