Could someone please explain something to me, I completely understand when my utilization goes up my score comes down, what I don't understand is why equifax would drop my score 2 points because I paid one of my accounts down, I am very upset about this. No matter what you do with this people it isn't good enough

I never got this either. I had a balance go UP and my EQ went up by 4 pts.
is it the only account showing a balance? If so you will definitely get a score drop. I had no cards showing a balance for a week and lost 12 pts on TU and 6 on EQ and EX. once my next card posted a 30 dollar balance i got +14/+8/+8 back
