Why is my equifax 100+ points higher then TU or EX? I'm kinda lost with this

Slight differences in the algorithm can't account for 100 points, so there has to be a significant difference in your reports. Have you pulled your three credit reports from annualcreditreport.com? There's probably a negative on TU and EX that's not on EQ.

May I ask what site are you seeing this difference in scores?

Checking the scoring reasons that are associated with those scores.  Assuming they're FICO scores it should give you a general idea around any derogatory items, but as mentioned above there's likely something on TU and EX that isn't on EQ so check your reports to find any differences.
