Exp...... What part of the month do they delete aged negative TL?

I have a CA that "is schelduled to remain on record until March 2009"

I thought I read that they delete these items the first weekend of the particular month?

Seems to depend on the CRA. I'd wait until the end of the month.

Experian in this case. The TL dropped from Equifax the 1st day of March. I was happy! Now when it drops from Experian I will dispute it with TU, they are trying to hang on to it until June. Jeesh, talk about dwelling in the past. Its ok TU just let it go.....

Is that CA paid? If not disputing it before the month it supposed to fall off might wake them up, Best low key dispute is to dispute it as obsolete in the month it is supposed to come off, otherwise they might decide to update the most recent date of activity and lower your score. Better to just wait it out as you don't want to marked as a frequent disputer

goingtodc,

I suggest you take your own advice, chill out and relax. Does it really matter if it falls off in March or June? After waiting all these years,  what's a few more weeks?

FICO scores on November 17, 2014 (prior to applying for and being approved my mortgage)

EX=738
EQ=735
TU=754

FICO scores on March 4, 2015 after being approved for mortgage and buying the home, the mortgage isn't yet reporting.
EX- 689 EQ- 739 TU- 739

Are you serious? In these days, where CCC's are looking again at cardholders' credit reports and rate-jacking and CLD'ing and outright closing accounts for info that was present at the time of application, but is suddenly now somehow toxic?

* Credit is a wonderful servant, but a terrible master. * Who's the boss --you or your credit?
FICO's: EQ 781 - TU 793 - EX 779 (from PSECU) - Done credit hunting; having fun with credit gardening. - EQ 590 on 5/14/2007
