Experian Credit Report "Nocredit" Usage category reporting??

So I am looking over my Experian credit report (on Experians website/App), and I noticed a reporting category that I never noticed before... and its NOT accurate.

On my report, it shows Wayfair, Discover, Overstock and their open dates, etc etc. But going down the left side, it says "Usage" and then says "Nocredit" Wayfair also has no credit limit listed. All these accounts are open, 0 balance, and I use the heck out of the Discover Card.

Other accounts are listed as "medium"

Anyone else see this on their reports? I am going to look at my reports when my 3B becomes available on the 28th and see what MYFICO says, but I just think that's weird.

Yes. They did a software update (V2.6.0) on 3/19 and ever since then... no credit limits listed - tho util is still accurately calculated, and they added this new category -- mine lists 'nocredit' for everything with a $0 balance and 'fair' for accounts with a balance.

I sent an email to their development team the other day but... haven't heard a peep.

I am guessing this is just an Experian thing then? The balances aren't correct on my Toyota card though... it should have reported a 100.00 balance (paid down from 1000 last month), but it never updated.

Good God... something else to drive me nuts with this credit circus lol Smiley Happy

Re: Experian Credit Report "Nocredit" Usage category reporting??

Hsha... it is just a front-end Experian thing it seems. My EX reports elsewhere show my credit limits - so the data must be correct on the backend. Their fluff software developers screwed up somehow during that last update. I'm assuming they'll fix it eventually with an update to the update. It is highly annoying tho...

Interesting. I can’t see what mine says because I can’t even log into the app after the recent update

Re: Experian Credit Report "Nocredit" Usage category reporting??

I had to repeatedly verify my account everytime I signed in for awhile... thankfully it stopped requiring that all the time.

Hopefully it fixes whatever its problem is for you.. it seems like the whole system has bugs Smiley Happy

My logins have been very buggy lately sometimes requiring two factor authentication and sometimes just not connecting at all.

So many bugs.

Not just Experian and maybe the market will start to change for the better now that software bugs have actually killed people... or at least that is almost assuredly going to be the finding out of the 737 MAX debacle.
