Please help me understand why my Experian score on myfico is 628 but on actual Experian website it is 651. That is quite a difference! Which one is accurate?

They could have been pulled on a different date.
Any change such as utilization, number of cards reporting etc can lead to changes in scores.

The most recent is the most accurate, but if your score factors are changing rapidly even that could be out of date already.
From my observations -- Experian is ahead of myfico and more frequent. If there is even a small gap, you may be able to track what is causing changes on EX but not myfico.
IE: I recently crossed major thresholds on cc utilization & at the same time, opened an installment loan. On EX I was able to see my score jump from 772 to 809 when Disco reported, then see it drop to 807 when the installment loan reported. On myfico, all I saw was one move, from 772 to 807. With EX, I would not have been able isolate the loan only causing a 2 pt drop.

Yep, myFICO does not always update timely. Actually seldom updates timely. I also have an EX subscription and have seen score changes there that were never reflected on myFICO. myFICO only updates based on alertable events and a score change with EX is not considered an alertable event with a myFICO subscription and would only be seen when an alertable event occurs (UTL changes, INQ, etc). When that event occurs it pulls the information and will show a score change that may have happened days, weeks before but would be the current score at that time. TU is the only CB that has provided me score change updates without some other factor causing myFICO to report.
Timing matters.
In addition, TU has always been the one late to the party. Very late. Not sure if it's my creditors or TU. All of my creditors update on EX before myFICO but usually report for EX a day or two later on myFICO (later with the other 2 bureaus) with the exception of score changes. The only other exception is my MTG which I usually see on CK (EQ & TU) so I know it reported, but still later on myFICO.
