FICO 9: When will it be utilized and what is weighted diffrently?

FICO 8 ignores all collections under $99, whether they are paid or not.

FICO 9 ignores all collections.

Thus paying them will not help FICO 8 but it should help your FICO 9 a good deal (assuming that these are your only collections).
